From a classroom in Mexico to a kitchen in Texas.

A lesson in every bite.

Teacher's Roll was born from a journey of faith, resilience, and new beginnings.

My name is Lorenzo. For more than a decade, I worked as a Special Education teacher in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico. I dedicated my life to helping children learn, grow, and believe in themselves. Along the way, I founded an inclusive school where every child could find a place to belong.

Then life brought me to Texas. Like many immigrants, I arrived carrying dreams, uncertainty, and the challenge of starting over.

While working toward transferring my credentials and continuing my career in education, I discovered another way to share what I love: creating something made with patience, care, and purpose.

That's how Teacher's Roll began.

Every cinnamon roll is made fresh to order from my home kitchen in Waco, Texas. Every flavor carries a classroom-inspired name because teaching remains part of who I am.

Teacher's Roll is more than a dessert. It's a reminder that new beginnings are possible.
